As of our 1.8.0 release, customers are able to select a desired delivery window. While we make every effort to deliver equipment within these requested time slots, availability and lead times may result in adjustments. In case we're unable to meet these requested times, an Account Manager will reach out to identify alternative times.

  1. During Order checkout, users are able to select a desired delivery slot. See example below. 
  2. If the window is within 16 hours of Rental Start time, a rush delivery fee is assessed
  3. If Prosrent is unable to deliver on the desired delivery slot, a credit is issued before order goes On Rent

Tip: To avoid rush delivery fees, submit orders 16 hours prior to the delivery start window OR select a later time slot
