Company and Account Management - User Roles 

  • Once you have logged into your account, navigate to the user management button, located at the top right of the screen. (circle, with your initials or image, small drop down carrot)
  • Select the "admin" option to access the account and company management page. 
  • Here, you can change or update the permissions of other users by adjusting their role within the organization. Click on the "role management" button located at the left of your screen. 
  • The permissions of each role can be found by clicking the edit action (pencil icon), and hovering your cursor over the information blip beside each option. 
  • If you do not have account based controls, and believe this is in error, please contact your companies' administrator and request the proper access.
  • Once you have made the proper changes to a user's role, ensure you click the save button to apply the update.
